!! Great news on Lake Level !!

Total Rainfall recorded on north side of lake the night of July 25-26 was over 1-3/4”. This rainfall raised the lake level nearly 1”. More rain is expected the next few days. Hoping forecasters are correct.

Curly Leaf Pondweed (CLP) Treatment Update:

Saturday April 15, 2023 Lake Andrew Association held an information meeting and presentation at Lake Mary Town hall on Curly-Leaf Pondweed. Information presented during this meeting.

  • What is Curly-Leaf Pondweed.

  • LAA plan of action to control Curly-Leaf Pondweed for the upcoming season.

  • Updates on current and future fundraising campaigns.

  • LAA planning and goals for controlling Curly-Leaf Pondweed and other (AIS) Aquatic Invasive Species in the future.

  • Lake landowner’s option to NOT have AIS control treatments adjacent to there property. (SEE WEBSITE OPT IN/OUT FORM)

  • Review single day lake treatment, immediate lake usage after lake treatment, treatment information signage postage on landowners property 150 feet of treatment areas.

  • All lake resident participation needed to achieve LAA goal to control AIS in our Lake.
